About Union of Books

Union of Books is a bookstore for ebooks, with paperbacks to follow. Every ebook comes in EPUB and PDF, to read on any device you own. The price of each ebook goes to its creator, less the platform fee. Each copy has piracy protection: it carries its buyer’s name.

The books on sale today come from the imprints of Fen Press: Vast Fiction, Ministry of Spark and Fen Press. Why the store exists, and what it asks and promises, is in our manifesto.

How buying works

• Ebooks: Link, Stripe’s checkout service, is the merchant of record. Link takes the payment, handles sales tax and VAT, and sends the receipt. We deliver the book.
• Paperbacks, once offered: Fen Press is the seller. Each copy is printed for its order and posted to you.

The terms, the privacy policy and the refund policy set out the details.
